Transcends the Self

"One who transcends the self advances because of obstacles; one who transcends the self climbs because of danger; one who transcends the self refines oneself because of breadth. One who transcends the self does so perpetually."

Indeed, humanity’s greatest enemy is oneself—only by transcending oneself can one transcend all else. There are no barriers in the world; the true barrier exists only within the heart.
